American Packaging is committed to maximizing the service life of your packaging equipment investment. When you purchase our automatic or semi-automatic packaging equipment and use American Packaging’s performance materials, you become a Member in our AP Advantage (APA) Program.
Our APA Program ensures optimal equipment performance through accurate installation, in-depth operator training, high-quality materials, expert equipment calibration and maintenance guidance. It also entitles you to discounted service rates, discounts on replacement parts, and priority standing when service is required.
The AP Advantage Program provides two (2) scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) visits during the first year your machine is in operation. In addition, labor on all warranty parts is extended from 120 days to a full year. During the PM Visit, your equipment will be inspected and, if required, all mechanical and electrical program adjustments will be made to assure continued safe and proper operation.
